Submitted a service request at 11pm with a note on the sudden electrical issue hoping to get a service call sometime the next day.  Received a call THAT night and offered suggestions to troubleshoot the issue.  Edward followed up in the morning before I got a chance to respond with an update that my issue was resolved. I can not brag enough on Ed and his work. I highly recommend. The building inspector came out and immediately commented "text book, perfect. Looks great." I will certainly use Kingdom Power again in the future. The experience was positive. Eddy and his colleague wired an inlet and manual interlock so that I can use my power station and generator as backup power should we lose grid power. I was impressed that Eddy did research on my unit and thr application prior to arriving so that he could offer a cost-effective solution. He was on-time, thorough, and professional. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! I hired this electrician to install my Tesla charger, and the entire experience was outstanding. They showed up on time, walked me through the plan, and handled the installation with real expertise. The wiring was clean, the setup was efficient, and they made sure everything was tested and ready to go before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and great communication, but this team nailed it. My charger works perfectly, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. We had an emergency electrical issue, and Kingdom Service truly went above and beyond. They came out the very next morning and started at 7am. The electrician and his apprentice worked outside in the rain to get our exterior unit set up and power restored. They were incredibly kind, professional, and patient with me while my husband was at work — especially since I didn’t have all the answers to their questions. When an unexpected issue came up, they handled it calmly and efficiently. Their determination and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Work performed: replaced electrical panel, installed interlock kit with outside connection for generator, added electrical outlet to kitchen island. Eddy and Gavin did an outstanding job with the work performed. Arrived promptly at scheduled time. Very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable people. We're able to answer my questions and went through the generator setup which I recently used during a power outage. Cleaned up after themselves so we'll you couldn't tell they had been here. This company and its employees are great. They fixed my Generac problem over the phone during a power outage when it was 10° out. I suggest them for any of your electrical work. They knew right away what the problem was that the orange switch pictured was set to natural gas vice propane. And they called back after hours to check on us. Eddy came out a few months ago to help diagnose a water heater issue. He showed genuine concern as the heater was out during a cold snap and was out here quickly. Recently, we switched to Kingdom Power for our yearly Generac maintenance.  I'm so glad we did.  Their customer service has been awesome.
